Health and Safety
Our Health and Safety rep, John Shone has produced two documents to help all Club members get as much as possible from their running with the Club.
'Guidance on Safe Running' provides lots of helpful common sense tips on safe running, like wearing something bright and reflective at night. 'The Emergency Action Plan' provides advice on what to do on those rare occasions when something goes wrong. Both documents are intended to be 'living' documents and will be updated from time to time, so John would welcome any comments or suggestions.

Travellers Club Kit
A range of exclusive club kit and other sports equipment is available from kit-man Steve Blackford. Club vests are available at £12. Steve warns these are quite small fitting so allow room to breathe!
The very fashionable and excellent quality DDT personalised hoodies are available for £15, with a sweatshirt also available at the same price. Steve provides the above on a not for profit basis and is happy to take orders on Club Nights at the Pie Hall.
Calderdale Way Relay
The Travellers had two teams taking part in the Calderdale Way relay on Sunday May 19. The Ladies team did really well finishing in 61st place overall and well up in the ladies team classification. The men unfortunately were classified 79th as they had an incomplete team - come on men, must do better!
Special mention must go to Ralph Barker who still has the distinction of running in all 29 Calderdale Way relays and this year, as well as running Leg 1 with Tom McNally, carried on to complete Leg 2 with Peter Frankland! Full results on this page.
DDT Role of Honour 2012/13
